Research and Practice of Processing Equipment for Strip Hole

Aiming at the problems of low machining precision, low efficiency, high repair rate and the like in the process of long hole construction on site, the research on long hole machining equipment is carried out. After the design scheme is defined, it is designed and processed, and is applied to engineering practice. Clamp the equipment onto the component, then the milling power head is used to drive the milling cutter to move along the linear slide rail, so that the long hole is processed and formed at one time. The practical results show that the equipment has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, safety and reliability, and the processed strip holes meet the engineering requirements well in appearance and size deviation.
