Linear-Quadratic Model of Optimal Queue Management on Interface of Telecommunication Network Router

A linear-quadratic model of optimal queue management on the interface of the telecommunication network router was developed. The scientific significance and novelty of the proposed model lies in the coordinated solution of Congestion Management, Congestion Avoidance, and Resource Allocation tasks. The adequacy and efficiency of the proposed linear-quadratic mathematical model is confirmed by calculation examples.
