Frequency Divider Based on a Transistor Structure with Negative Resistance and an I-V curve of Λ-type

The paper presents the results of theoretical studies of electrical signals frequency divider based on transistor structure with negative resistance with I-V curve of A-type. A new equation for the approximation of A-type I-V curves of different geometric forms is proposed. The mathematical model of frequency divider based on a transistor structure with I-V curve of A-type is presented. The dynamic mathematical modeling results of electrical signals oscillations in the modes of frequency division 2, 3, 4, 5 are obtained.
