The purpose of this research was to The Develop a System for Detecting and Interpreting Warning Signs, The researcher has proposed to develop a system for detecting and interpreting warning signs by using the theory of color from the sign of the traffic sign. This can be used in analyze and detect traffic signs through the design of applications on smartphones in order to be able to create the traffic sign support system by detecting and interpreting traffic signs. In this case, the driver can clearly and correctly understand the meaning of traffic signs. As a result, the driver can follow the traffic rules. Moreover, it helps reducing accidents on the road as well. The efficiency of the system was tested with test result, it is found that the program was able to detect traffic signs and interpret the objects within the image as traffic signs accurately. Additionally, it is found that the light and distance of the camera affected the quality of data processing in this test to measure performance. In addition, the accuracy of the system is totally 93.5.
