The Development and Application of CNC Lathe for Electrical Maintenance of Teaching Machine

The CNC integrated experiment platform (Teaching Machine) can simulate operations of actual CNC lathes, such as manual operation, programming, automatic tool changing, and automatic machining. The lathe can be operated like a real CNC lathe by students without worrying about the safety problems; and setting failure points by the PLC of system settings use ladder. CNC experiment teachers can design failure points of different difficulties according to students' level, from shallow to deep, which gives full play to CNC experiment teachers' subjective initiative in teaching. After being proficient in operating, students will make progress on the basis of programming and operating, and be able to carry out preliminary maintenance work on CNC machine so as to achieve the aim of solving the urgent need of comprehensive technical staff with programming and maintaining ability in the enterprises.
