Control System of a Complete Electric Drive of a Mill for Grinding Gold-containing Ores

Improvement of the milling process control system is one of the way of improving efficiency in the gold ores processing. The article discusses the new complex control system of the mill main machinery. Third subsystem of the mill drum rotation speed regulation is added, and measurement of this parameter is performed by the indirect method. For realization of the speed calculation algorithm an addition to the driving motors control system was made - the load balancing algorithm.
