Development of metering electromagnetic pump control system based on BP neural network

The metering electromagnetic pump has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and high competitiveness, but its metering precision is not high. In order to solve this problem, we used the nonlinear adaptability of BP neural network and developed the metering electromagnetic pump control system based on BP neural network. We also simulated the performance of metering electromagnetic pump control system based on BP neural network by MATLAB/Simulink. The results of simulation show that the metering precision of the metering electromagnetic pump control system based on BP neural network is high, and the metering electromagnetic pump control system based on BP neural network has effectively improved the metering precision and stability of metering electromagnetic pump, and the performance of metering electromagnetic pump control system based on BP neural network can meet the demands of manufacturing process control.
