Magnetic Circuit of Integrated Recovery Energy Magnetorheological Damper

A recovery energy magnetorheological damper structure is proposed. The Two-dimensional simulation model is established by using Maxwell finite element analysis software to analyze the feed characteristics of linear electromagnetic structures. The results show that the structure is feasible. The static magnetic field interference inside the piston is analyzed by the established two-dimensional finite element model. The simulation results show that the integrated feed-type magnetorheological damper has magnetic field compatibility problem and causes 2.3% interference to the damping channel. Among them, the primary winding accounts for 0.83% and the permanent magnet accounts for 2.2%. An improved structure is proposed for the above problems, and the error of the improved structure is only 0.14%. The improved structure can effectively prevent magnetic field interference.
