Study on tower load measurements of the offshore wind turbine

The wind turbine load measurements can be used to verify the correctness of the aeroelastic models, and the aerodynamic loads acted on the wind rotor can be derived by the tower loads. Based on the introduction of the methods of tower load test, the equivalent loads of the tower bending moment and torque of the offshore wind turbine are tested and analysed in this paper, which provide a basis for the verification of the simulation model.
