Analysis of vibration characteristics and control of Diamond Beaded Rope

The dynamic model of diamond beaded rope was established by using Hamilton's principle. The influences of the parameters, such as the tension force of diamond beaded rope, bead spacing, the weight of beads and its position in diamond beaded rope, on the natural vibration characteristics of diamond beaded rope were studied, and according to the multi-objective optimization method, the vibration control strategy of string beads was studied. The results show that the natural frequencies of diamond beads rope present a fluctuating phenomenon, which is mainly due to the impact force produced by diamond beads in time and space is time-varying, and the higher order inherent frequency is the greater, and the maximum lateral vibration deformation of the first beaded rope decreased from 9.198mm to 4.6755mm, the vibration deformation of the first beaded rope decreases by 31.438% on average, and the maximum deformation of the transverse vibration of the beaded rope in the third segment is also reduced, the average amplitude was reduced by 15.89%.
