Evaluation the Potential Performance of the DCT-Transformants Non-Equilibrium Positional Encoding Method

The article explores the possibilities of a non-equilibrium positional code description of a transformant bit representation. The research is conducted from the standpoint of the possibilities of providing a non-equilibrium positional code to reduce transformant structural redundancy. We consider the worst case when the number of binary transitions between the elements of the transformant bit representation is maximum.
