Failure Analysis and Prevention of the Brake Valve

This paper starts with the material of the CRH brake valve, uses the fault tree method to analyze the failure reason of the stop valve, and uses the failure analysis method to analyze the failure of the stop valve to find out the cause of the failure of the stop valve. Finally, the reliability test is used to find the vulnerable parts of the shut-off valve, and the conclusions of the failure analysis are compared one by one, and a set of reliability evaluation methods for the shut-off valve is obtained.
