Uncertainty evaluation of ultrasonic flow transducer measurements

This article presents the authors' look at uncertainty evaluation technique of gas volumetric flow rate measurements, which are held through indirect method with dynamic ultrasonic flow transducer applied under standard-reduced conditions. While assessing the uncertainty an influence of unsuspected error was detected. The technique optimization allows its application at oil-extracting facilities functioning at high-risk level.
