Design Improvement and Finite Element Analysis of Ceramic Gas Kiln Steel Structure Frame

According to the design of 69m ceramic gas tunnel kiln designed by a kiln manufacturer, the kiln structure was optimized to be a flat-top kiln roof, and also designed a flat-top kiln roof support hanger. We intercepted 2m from 69m steel structure frame for finite element analysis to calculate its strength stiffness. On this basis, we optimized with this steel structure frame. This paper can be used for in relevant kiln or similar engineering design.
