Performance Analysis of Fuzzy Logic Controller based Control System For Variations in Span of Membership Functions

In this paper an analysis of variation of span of member function values with multiplying factor `k' is done. This is carried out using MatLab and Simulink and Time and Frequency response Analysis of final output is carried out to find different parameters of designer's interest and comparative analysis is put forth graphically and in tabular form. It will be providing a ready made reference to designers about the position of the notional values and its effect on output, providing an ease of selection of position of notional values of member functions depending on the demand of the application and type of Plant in a system.
