Design and Simulation of Closed Loop Control System for Large Precision Machining

In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology has greatly improved the level of equipment manufacturing industry. Advanced manufacturing equipment based on CNC machine tools has increasingly shown a unique and important role. The wide application of CNC machine tools has important practical value for reference to the industrial development level of different countries in the world. This paper conducts and models and simulates the closed-loop control system of large precision machining machines. The software used for the simulation is Matlab and Simulink. The simulation controller uses a PID controller. The simulation results show that the PID control algorithm can control the position accuracy of the system well, and also discusses the influence of PID parameters on the system control results. The feed servo system of CNC machine tools has some remarkable features. It can accurately control the actuators by receiving the position and speed control signals output from the CNC system, moving them according to the set parameters, and putting several actuators. The laws of motion are dynamically integrated to complete the predetermined motion trajectory. In actual machining, for any feed axis of a CNC machine tool, a corresponding feed system for driving action is required. Improving the dynamic and static performance of the feed servo system is of great significance for ensuring the processing quality of mechanical products.
