Design of DC motor PWM speed control system based on BT-04 and AVR MCU

A DC motor PWM speed control system based on BT-04 and AVR MCU is designed in this paper. The system uses the Android mobile phone APP as the host computer and AVR MCU as the slave computer. According to different instructions of host computer APP , different signals are generated to control MCU to send PWM signals to drive BTS7960, Which can achieve the functions such as motor starting,speed changing, direction alternating, motor pausing, and can execute more advanced task by feedback. Meanwhile, the waveform real-time display of motor speed is realized in APP. The experimental results show that the system runs stably, and the human machine interface has strong interactivity, convenient operation requirements and good realized the real-time monitoring.
