When the intensity of light was weak, the wearable monitoring shirt could emit special wavelength in the red color. This could help escaping in fire hazard, earthquake and other dangerous condition. In the duck environment, red color could help people in distinguishing each other. Red emitter was important and intelligent in integrated circuits.
