A Feedback Cone Design Synthesis and Its Corresponding Gain/Phase Margin

This paper explores how LTI (linear time-invariant) systems can be transformed into indirect cone systems with static state feedback, and relevant gain/phase margin of the feedback interconnection of two cone systems. The indirect cone synthesis is achieved by the LMI (linear matrix inequality) approach, and the gain/phase margin for the feedback connection is analyzed by the cone theorem. The methods are tested in a buck circuit.
