Design of Monitoring System for Integrated Vertical Injection Molding Machine

Aiming at the need of the integrated vertical injection molding machine, a monitoring system for integrated vertical injection molding machine is designed in this paper. The system integrates functions like field coordinated control, data collection and transmission, and remote monitoring. According to the processing technology and structure of integrated vertical injection molding machine, the scheme of monitoring system is proposed. Then, the hardware is designed, including Input/Output configuration, hardware configuration and CAN node design. Finally, the software is designed, including the communication strategy and monitoring interface. The practice demonstrates that the system can stably control, effectively improve the production efficiency of injection molding machine and reduce the maintenance cost of enterprises.
