Investigations on Lifetime and Energy Optimization of WSN based on Hybrid Clustering Algorithm

The challenge in the designing of WSN is to increase the life span of the network to maximum level because these devices have limitation of power supply. So, energy optimization is required for Sensor Networks. In order to improve the life span of network, energy supply administration and efficient communication technology at the different levels plays an important role. This paper provides solutions for the selection of cluster head and clustering problem in the sensor network. For enhancing the proper utilization of energy that actually helps in traffic control, save power and ultimately provides enhanced network lifetime. In research, a new version of the weighted efficient election of Cluster Head(CH) technique is presented, which identify the most suitable Head on the basis of the listed parameters as residual energy, node density and weight of nodes in the sensor network. Output generated shows that the new method is efficient and enhanced network lifetime.
