Image Enhancement using Dark Channel and Adaptive Fuzzy Filter

Image enhancement is a technique used to improve the quality of the image which will be carried out further. The improvement of image quality consists of returning blur image, noise removal and others as. In the research carried out a combination of two algorithms, namely dark channel and adaptive fuzzy filter. The results obtained in the form of a combination can work well on blurred images with an average success rate of 28.00 dB (decibels) and not very good if the image is noisy.
