Preparatory Component for Adoption E-Voting

General election is a general activity conducted by democratic countries. The process of conventional general election is highly risky, among others resulted in controversy and requires a relatively great amount of cost. There are many countries that try to shift using e-voting technology in general elections. Large democratic countries that were successful in applying e-voting were India and Brazil, and some that were unsuccessful including England and the Netherlands. This study proposes a comprehensive research, assessment and development scheme for the readiness of the implementation of e-voting so that in the future there will be no obstacles and will end successfully.
