A Self-compensating Grating Bio-sensing System for the Detection of C-Reactive Protein

For bio-sensing systems, stability is an important evaluation criterion. In this research we demonstrated a self-compensating grating bio-sensing system which compensated the coupled signal with the penetrating signal, and was able to overcome the stability problem caused by the laser power drift and to increase the sensitivity of CRP detection.
