Design and Validation of Multiple Output Flyback Converter for Grid Tie Inverter Application

Flyback converter is one isolated DC-DC converter topology used to obtain regulated output voltage in low power applications. They are used as power supply systems in many industrial power electronics systems; where in having constant voltage is very much essential. This paper presents design & validation of multiple outputs Fly back converter. The designed Converter is observed to have a good output voltage regulation for a wide input voltage range 60-200 volt. Multiple isolated outputs of flyback converter are connected in this application to power up the controller, sensing Op-Amps, gate driver of H-Bridge & boost converter & Bootstrap capacitors of the H-Bridge. Slight variations in the output of the fly back converter leads to complete failure of system. So in this work, validation of flyback converter in all operating conditions is checked & results are presented.
