Drones and Geographic Information Systems Open Hardware and Source for Electrical Infrastructure Inspections

Electrical infrastructure must be constantly monitored to guarantee continuity of service, traditional inspection methods can be complemented with unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), and improve the performance and quality of inspections, the inconvenience of using drones in Inspections is the high amount of images collected during inspections. In this project Tecno Drone has integrated several open source technologies for the development of an integral platform for obtaining and processing thermal and RGB images collected during the inspection of electrical infrastructure. This project was developed in two stages: 1. Integration of the unmanned aerial platform. 2. Integration of information management platform.
