Modeling of the Innovative Influence of the Flagship University on the Regional Economic System

The article deals with the modeling of the impact of the University innovative activity results on the regional economic system. A widespread class of social-economic system analysis models – production functions was chosen as a constructive mathematical model to assess the degree of influence of the educational organization innovative activity results on the regional economy. A two-level system-based model describing the processes of innovative interaction between the regional flagship University and the innovative infrastructure of the Russian Federation territorial entity is proposed. The parameters and characteristics of this model are analyzed on the example of interaction of Samara State Technical University and the Samara region economic system.
