Analysis of International and National Case Studies of Restructuring Issues in Electric Power Market

Fuel crisis, economic sustainability, environmental concern and efficiency are major driving force for shift from regulated market to re-regulated market (also known as restructuring or deregulation). In this paper, our aim is study how restructuring is implemented in different power markets, methodologies used by different economies for deregulation, obstruction faced during implementation as well as and possible solutions to those problems.
