Organization of Process Equipment Monitoring

The paper describes an approach to the implementation of a combined system of monitoring the technological equipment state for the collection, visualization, storage and subsequent analysis of information. The system collects information from both systems of control of technological equipment and external (additional) sensors attached to process units. The paper provides an example of obtaining information from the motion controller by ORS UA, from the CNC system by means of using a specific set of API-functions and obtaining information from an external temperature sensor. It is demonstrated that the solution allows one to collect a large array of various data on the operation of the equipment.
