Lightweight Automotive Design Technology and Material Application Analysis

Presently, several countries have established advanced technical indicators, which served as a core direction for the development of the local automobile industry. One of the foremost focuses of the industry is to explore methods to develop technologies which allow facilities to manufacture vehicles with low energy consumption, high-level security and can optimize the use of existing fuel resources. Given this situation, this paper will combine the lightweight material and light body structure technology theoretical system in the automobile lightweight technology to discuss and compare both domestic and foreign lightweight automobile design cases.
