Cognitive Learning in Outcome-Based Education: A Case Study of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

The purpose of the present study is to assess the level of cognitive learning, with the help of question paper analysis, among the students of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering studying under Outcome Based Education. The data for this study were collected from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Gujrat. The data were descriptively analyzed and presented through tables and graphs for quick and easy interpretation of the results. The results showed that, out of six courses, only one course reached the highest level of cognitive learning.
