The Problem of Reprodicible Results on the HPC Cluster

The article considers the reproducibility problem of computational experiments on the HPC cluster. We have investigated various variants of the environment organization to ensure reproducible experiments, proposed criteria for assessing the quality of different approaches and conducted a comparative analysis of these approaches. The result of the research is the formulating the requirements to the software that solve the problem of reprodicible results on the HPC cluster and such problems as the versioning problem and the problem of scientific software distribution.
