Automation of the Technological Process of Cleaning Tubing During the Repair of Downhole Equipment Using a Mobile Robotic Complex

The production and sale of hydrocarbons today is one of the main revenue items of our state. At the present stage, the production and economic activity of oil-producing enterprises is carried out in difficult economic conditions. Of great importance are the development and application of more modern and energy-saving oilfield equipment in oil production processes, as well as ensuring optimal conditions for its operation. The lack of effective methods for the prevention and elimination of malfunctions leads to a rise in the cost of oil production and a violation of the ecological balance in the environment. One of these problems is the pollution of pipes inside and outside by salt deposits. Currently, cleaning from salt deposits, as in a factory, and repairing pipes takes a lot of time. It is proposed to create a mobile installation capable of repairing pipes in the field.
