Experiences Creating an Automated Information System for Gathering and Analyzing the Results of Activities of Researchers and Scientific Groups

In this paper, we discuss our experiences in creating a system for gathering and analyzing the information about the scientific achievements of employees as part of the knowledge management process in the scientific organization. We describe our research goals in doing the work, the software we have developed, and some of the unique aspects of the system.
