Automatic Storage and Cutting System for Metal Bars

Traditionally, metal plant workers must carry the bars from the iron frames to the cutting machine by manpower or using a crane. This study develops an automatic storage for metal bars with a storage device and a conveying device. According to this study, the device for transporting cylindrical bars can replace manual operation while providing reliable on-site data, which can be used in automated storage systems and production lines.
