Mathematical modeling combined with machine learning for social networks to match children with learning disabilities and specialists

In this paper we propose creating a social network that connects the children with various learning disabilities , the families and also the specialists who can provide help for those children. We will be using a new mathematical model to generate a Social network that can connects families and specialists. Our OSN generating models would be effective as they include the difference in attributes or properties of the nodes defining different characteristics of the families and using them to match with other families or the appropriate specialists for the families needs. To enhance the matching procedure a ML technique will be used to give the prefect match from multiple choices.
