The Method of Selecting the Best Technical System by the Set of Characteristics

The article deals with an integrated approach to decision-making on the selecting of the best technical system for quantitative and qualitative characteristics. It is proposed to evaluate the options and choose the best option of the technical system on the basis of the methodology built using the methods of spectral analysis and analytic hierarchy process. The description of both methods and algorithms of the decision-making by these methods are given. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed. The article presents the results of applying the developed method for solving the task of selecting the best option of robot vacuum.
