Fast high-resolution spectral sensing with a single frequency comb

Transmission spectra of a phase-shift fiber Bragg grating and H¹³ CN gas at comb-line-defined resolution of 54.5 MHz are measured within 2 μs using heterodyne detection of a broadband comb and a continuous wave laser.
