Frictional Analysis of different coatings on MS material in order to increase the life of machine element

In this research paper we are testing different materials by doing analysis for each specimen on different coatings to finding the least value of coefficient of friction of smooth and rough surfaces. The analysis consists of pie charts and comparison of graphs and tables which material is most suitable and more efficient. In this research paper we are also study about the behavior of each specimen on different surfaces. We use standard machine for testing TM 200 developed by GUNT Hamburg. After this study our aim is to reduce the friction in real world from the systems to give maximum efficiency.
