Secrecy Capacity of Physical Layer over $\kappa-\mu$ /Gamma Composite Fading Channel

Rapid developments of the emerging wireless network applications such as 5G, IoT and device-to-device (D2D) systems raise the diversity of challenges in physical layer security (PLS). In the present work, we examine Wyner's wiretap composite multipath/shadowing fading channel model and provide analysis for PLS secrecy performance. We consider a generic single-input and single-output (SISO) system where both the main and eavesdropper channels are modeled by κ-μ /gamma composite fading channel. In particular, the lower bound of secure outage probability (SOP

) and strictly positive secrecy capacity (SPSC) are obtained in closed-form. We also conduct the analysis for average secrecy capacity (ASC) in heavy shadowing and derive analytical expression in closed-form.
