TiO2 Nanowire/ GO Thin Film Hybrid Structure for Photodetection Application

Vertically aligned TiO₂ nanowires (NWs) were fabricated over spin coated graphene oxide (GO) Thin-film (TF). The structural and morphological analysis has been carried out using field emission-scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Under white light illumination, averagely ~ 69 fold enhance photo-sensitivity was recorded for the fabricated device. The dark current of the device was found to be around 11 nA at +1 V applied bias. A very fast response of rise time 0.5 s and fall time 0.6 s was recorded for the device.
