Research on Temperature Field Distribution and Influencing Factors of Drive Motor for High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor

The helium circulator drive motor (hereinafter referred to as the drive motor) is the main driving device of the primary circuit of the fourth generation high-temperature gas-cooled nuclear reactor, which converts the heat generated by the reactor to energy, and its working performance is directly related to the normal operation of the reactor.Due to the high temperature characteristics of the reactor, the heat transfer problem of the drive motor will become one of the main problems of the research.In this paper, according to the complex model of the main helium circulator drive motor of a 4500KW high temperature gas-cooled reactor, the physical model of the drive motor is established, the two-dimensional transient electromagnetic field of the motor is calculated,and the electromagnetic analysis is carried out, and the loss distribution as the heat source in the thermal analysis is obtained.And then carrying out numerical simulation on the fluid temperature field of the three-dimensional physical model of the motor based on the finite element method.The internal heat transfer and temperature distribution of the motor are analyzed to determine the influencing factors related to the temperature.
