Such as inadequate teaching interaction, long training cycle and high cost. Virtual disassemble and assemble technology relies on virtual reality, multimedia, computer information processing and other technologies, which can play a unique role in equipment development, maintenance and later training & teaching. Based on the actual size of the equipment, a three-dimensional model is established. According to the standard disassemble process, automatic disassemble and manual disassemble are carried out step by step, which can lay a foundation for the maintenance and operation of compressor system equipment. It can also be combined with physical equipment to carry out virtual operation simulation teaching.
