Information Parameters of Synergetic Processes in Structures with Interfractional Boundaries

On the example of heterogeneous solid-state structures with different mechanisms of energy dissipation (condensed metals on silicon, homogeneously deformed crystals, radiation-irradiated Si-SiO₂ structures) changes in information parameters in synergetic processes that occur with the interphase interactions are investigated.
