Simplified Modeling of Continuous Glycaemia Curve. Simple Model of Diabetes

The problem of reducing the number of parameters in a model describing glucose metabolism in both a healthy person and a patient with Type 1 diabetes is considered. We propose a method for selection of parameters significant for the identification of a personalized model. Comparison of the glycaemia curves calculated under different parameters values illustrates the method efficiency.
