Scaling QAM Technique for LED-based Visible Light Communication System with Signal-related Noise

We propose a scaling QAM technique considering the signal-related noise in a practical VLC system. Experiments are performed and the results indicate that the proposed scaling QAM can improve the performance of VLC system significantly.
