Smart IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Semantic Model: Business Driven architecture

This paper focus on how IT-Governance (ITG) Risk and Compliance can be deployed in a smart digital architecture able to understand and solve everyday business worries related to data and IT through business process orchestration. Despite the heterogeneity of Information system (IS) parts in the enterprise, they should to converge in order to ensure useful digital services. Also, durable communication of IS stakeholders is indispensible for its better and productive governance. COBIT 5 as IT Governance framework is chosen in this article, since it is a process driven repository able to evaluate a real business goal with cascading principle. We based our smart system on a web semantic model to understand users' needs and motivations. We present first a generic architecture of ITG Smart adviser that matches business goal with COBIT facilitators and suggests a practical implementation. The article presents as well, the other dimensions of the architecture that fits with Information office, data office and technology office without losing sight of CEO business strategy.
