Development of Conversation Application as English Learning using WebRTC

The conversation is a communication activity consists of two or more people. The conversation is essentially the same as dialogue and can be used interchangeably. Face-to-face conversations are universal and involve human culture and interactive contexts. But there are flaws in the face-to-face conversation, namely the problem of distance and time. The development of technology is now growing so it is expected that new innovations to overcome these shortcomings as in learning are now beginning to be applied to distance learning systems or based online. One of them uses WebRTC technology in which there is a video conference feature making it easier for people to exchange ideas and information without the need to meet. Therefore, in this research, a conversation application will be developed as an English learning media using WebRTC technology, which also supports video conference features.
