Brightness on LEDs for Light Fidelity Applications and Measurements

In the current era of globalization, communication is one of the important aspects of daily activities, entertainment and ranging from work activities. To send data or information or communication lines are needed to request signals from the sender to the recipient. The use of light as a transmission medium is something that has not been used in sending and receiving data. At present the transmission or reception of data generally still uses wire and wireless. LiFi (Light Fidelity) is a technology that uses LED (Light Emitting Dioda) to transmit data to recipients with changes in light intensity so fast that it cannot be seen by the human eye. Data is encoded into light by varying the level of blinking of LEDs (on or off) for intensity to produce data streams that are different from bits 1 and 0. This paper focuses on simple Li-Fi desain, measurement and comparison with GeoLiFi from Oledcomm.
