Implementation of Dual Education Elements Into Electrical Engineers Training

The ways of implementing dual education into the training of electrical engineers are researched. The advantages of dual education for the enterprise and the university are studied. The novelty of the research lies in the characterization of the elements of dual training of future electrical engineers. With the use of dual education, the university introduces relevant technologies into education, which positively influences the further development of the educational process, which ultimately contributes to raising the prestige of an educational institution. The necessity of pedagogical support of students participating in the dual program is substantiated. The implementation of the dual program of training electrical engineers involves the creation of a new teaching position - Student Adviser (consultant or curator). The functional responsibilities of Student Adviser are highlighted.
